FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM A DOCTOR?

You do not need a referral from a doctor to see one of our physiotherapists.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

You can make an appointment with us by either:

We have appointments available as early as 7:00am and as late as 6:30pm and will do our best to find a time that is convenient for you.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR APPOINTMENTS?

Standard consultations are 30 minutes and extended consultations are 45 minutes during which your physiotherapist will treat only you for the entire consultation.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment duration will be reduced accordingly. This is to be fair to patients who have appointments scheduled after you.

Depending on how late you arrive, your physiotherapist may decide that there is insufficient time to treat you effectively and may instead reschedule your appointment.

Consultations fees are expected to be paid in full despite your appointment duration being reduced.
